How should I package my game system?

• Use a rigid box with flaps intact
• Remove any labels, hazardous materials indicators, and other shipment markings from the box
• Use adequate cushioning material
• Use strong tape designed for shipping

Should I send power cords, A/V cables, controllers, hard drive, etc?
You only need to send the console. Please do not include any games or accessories, such as controllers, cables.

What is your turnaround time?
Once we receive your system and receive your approval to proceed with the repair, turnaround time is typically just 1-3 business days.

What are the steps to get a repair?
1. Complete the simple steps above and drop off at your nearest shipping location.
2. We will perform a advanced diagnosis shortly after your system is delivered to our location (typically within 24 hours).  You will receive a phone call detailing the results of our advanced diagnostic, as well as a repair estimate.
3. Once you approve of the repair estimate, our technicians perform any repairs necessary.
4. Upon completion of the repair, your system is then brought to our test area to undergo an extended testing period.
5. After extensive testing is completed, our shipping department carefully packages your system and notifies the shipping carrier that the box is ready for pickup.  You will receive an automatic e-mail with tracking information. 

What if you can't repair my system?
We are able to successfully repair over 95% of all repair orders that we receive.  In the rare event that your console is unrepairable you have the option of having your system sent back to you at no "additional" cost.

Will I lose all of my game saves and other data?
Unless your problem is related to a faulty mainboard or hard drive, you will not lose any of your saved games, profiles, or other information.

I opened my consoles or removed the warranty seal. Will you still fix my system?
